Rich has been advising individuals and businesses as a CPA for 30+ years to achieve their business and financial goals.  Following four years of service in the US Air Force, Rich graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania. Rich went on to gather extensive tax, accounting and management consulting experience in advising individuals and businesses as a manager with a regional public accounting firm in York, Pennsylvania.

Later as an entrepreneur and in executive leadership positions, his experience expanded to encompass numerous aspects of growing small to medium sized businesses.  His areas of expertise include finance, tax, accounting, real estate, self-directed retirement investing, business law, personal financial planning, wealth accumulation planning and management, and strategic planning.

When Rich is outside the office he enjoys traveling, weekend getaways, wine country excursions with friends and family, including his fantastic wife Leslie. He has three wonderful children, and lives in central Phoenix, Prescott and Cornville.

Sarah comes from a multi-faceted background with extensive accounting experience in small business settings. She brings her knowledge of individual and business tax reporting to the firm from working with other tax service providers. Her ability to leverage technology to improve services provided to clients is a tremendous asset to the firm and our clients.

When Sarah is away from the office she enjoys time with friends and family and volunteers at the local animal shelter.

Sarah's education includes a Bachelor's degree in business and a Master's degree in Accounting.

Staff Accountant

Kayla is an Illinois native who moved to Arizona in 2011. Through many years of customer service and education she has found her path and passion in accounting. She has received an Associates degree in accounting and is continuing her education to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She enjoys spending time with her wonderful son and exploring Arizona.

Staff Accountant

Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. Edd has over a decade of customer service. Recently rediscovered his aptitude for accounting. Completed a certificate of completion (CCL) program in accounting at Paradise Valley Community College. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in accounting. Aspiring CPA.

In his spare time Edd enjoys learning, exploring new hobbies and spending time with his two sons.

Client Relationship Manager

Sally has served as an Administrative Assistant to her CPA husband for 18 years in public practice. Since then, Sally has been working in customer service for various small firms. She brings a high level of professionalism and knowledge to our firm and in her attention to the needs of our clients.

Her pride and joy are her five grown children. In her free time she makes quilts and plays competitive billiards.

Administrative Support Specialist

Reagan comes from a multi-faceted background with extensive administrative experience in small business settings. She is currently going to school at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University to be a Forensic Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner! Her ability to help maintain organization in the Prescott office and facilitate knowledge and documents to clients is crucial for our firm. When Reagan is away from the office, she enjoys time with friends and family and leads her sorority as the Vice President of Finance. Reagan’s education includes a high honors diploma from BASIS Prescott and is working on her Bachelor of Science at Embry Riddle!

Administrative Support Specialist

Nadia is an honors graduate from Grand Canyon University with a business management degree. She has worked in various industries, becoming versatile and multiskilled. She is experienced in customer service, leadership and community advocacy. Nadia's all-time favorite job is being a Mom to her two wonderful daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
